Everyone entering a GSHS facility (this includes Leongatha Hospital, Korumburra Hospital, Koorooman House, Alchera House and Hillside Lodge) must check in via the QR codes displayed or via the below button.
The questions are recommended by the Victorian Department of Health for public health services and will assist us in contact tracing. This QR Check-in is not linked to the Services Vic app as we are required to ask the standard COVID questions.
