GSHS invites applications for the newly created COVID Coordinator position. The successful applicant will facilitate the health service resources and plan and coordinate the COVID hospital response. This position will play a key role in management of COVID ensuring that stakeholder and business expectations are met by confirming organisational readiness.


The successful applicant should possess the following:

  • Excellent administration and communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Able to work effectively with all levels of the organisation.

  • Effective organisational and time management skills.

  • Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of stakeholders.

  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships.

  • Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.

  • Basic IT knowledge.


Staff have access to supportive staff mentoring, education and development programs. Salary Packaging is available for all staff. The successful applicant will be required to provide a current satisfactory Police Check.
