Stop the Spread

Across our sites you will see signs advising the public (including patients, visitors, volunteers, and contractors) that if they have a fever or shortness of breath, or cough to please proceed to our Urgent Care Centre where they will be given a mask to wear and then asked further questions about their potential exposure to COVID -19.

Anyone who has symptoms AND has travelled overseas within the last 2 weeks is provided a phone number to ring and asked to return to their car. Staff will come to the car to assist them. If they do not have a car or phone, they are to present to Reception where further advice will be provided.

These measures are designed to reduce the chance of any spread if someone has COVID-19. Please do not be alarmed if you see staff with personal protective equipment (PPE) attending to patients in the front car parks.
