Celebrate International Day of People with Disability with GSHS – Thur, 3rd Dec

International Day of People with Disability is a United Nations day that promotes inclusivity and celebrates the achievements and contributions of people with disability. By gathering together to celebrate this day, we can help to break down barriers for the 4.3 million Australians living with disability, and contribute to positive change in our community.

This year, Gippsland Southern Health Service will mark International Day of People with Disability by holding our third annual ‘Pop up Art Show’ at the Integrated Primary Care Centre at our Leongatha campus, open from Monday 30th November until Friday 4th December 2020, from 10am-3pm.

We will also be going ‘on-line’ this year, with access via www.gshs.com.au, and a social media presence to ensure that we can be ‘Covid-19 safe’.

At this point we are seeking art work to display!

Gippsland Southern Health Service is proud to host this International Day of People with Disability event, one of thousands of events held by community organisation’s across Australia since its inception in 1992.

Our event is accessible, and we encourage everyone to come along. Due to Covid-19 restrictions, we will need to take ‘bookings’ for groups to attend.

For more information about this event please contact:
