Gippsland Southern Health Service has an exciting opportunity available for a clinical leader to join our team as the Patient Services Coordinator. In this role, you will provide leadership and direction for the overall coordination of access and resident flow across our three residential care facilities.

 

If you are a dynamic and motivated senior nurse with significant experience in operational management, optimising resources and measuring activity we would love to hear from you.

 

Demonstrated leadership skills, a proven ability to develop and implement strategic objectives and a sound understanding of health care is essential for further consideration.

 

Applicants should possess the following qualifications/experience:

  • Current AHPRA Registered Nurse registration (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency).

  • Senior nursing experience in a wide range of disciplines including acute, residential care and staff development.

  • Demonstrated ability to make decisions and problem solve.

  • Excellent people skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.

  • Proficient IT skills.
