An opportunity exists for a current ANUM or Supervisor to further their experience and provide clinical leadership covering acute, midwifery and emergency presentations while the recruitment for a permanent NUM is undertaken.
Key selection criteria:
Current AHPRA Registered Nurse +/- Registered Midwife registration (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency).
Recent experience in a range of disciplines – including Urgent Care.
Experience in ward and staff management.
Proficient IT skills.
Demonstrated ability to make decisions and problem solve.
Able to successfully communicate at all levels.
Knowledge of quality improvement processes and National Standards.
Experience in managing change successfully.
Demonstrated experience in clinical and administrative leadership.
