We are seeking expressions of interest to cover the position of Individual Support Coordinator in the short term.  Preference will be given to current staff members who have a disability background.

The Individual Support Coordinator manages a team of 35 Community Care Workers who facilitates support for individuals requiring assistance with activities of daily living or to participate in activities in the community.

The successful applicant should possess the following:

• Disability background.

• Knowledge of Kronos and NDIS.

• Excellent time management and communication skills.
