GSHS seeks applications from existing employees for the above position which will involve gardening 2 days per week and maintenance/advanced handyperson 1 day per week at both the Korumburra and Leongatha Campuses. The position would also include leave coverage.

Ideally you will have experience in operating a ride on tractor/lawn mower, other petrol powered equipment and manual gardening. Safe operation of all equipment is essential and the applicant will be directed in the duties to be performed.

The successful applicant will be self-motivated, must hold a current police clearance, a current Victorian Drivers license and be able to work productively on their own and liaise with other maintenance staff to complete grounds maintenance and minor new works. Good communication skills are also a requirement. A current influenza vaccination is also required.
