GSHS seeks a Community Services Manager to provide integrated services within our community and identify opportunities to grow and enhance the service. This position reports to the Director of Primary Healthcare and is integral in ensuring the Community Service Departments provide high quality, evidence based care, whilst achieving set Departmental targets.
To succeed in this position you will ideally possess the following skills:
Demonstrated knowledge and experience of compliance and clinical governance and reporting requirements with the following standards - NSQHS, Aged Care Standards and the NDIS Quality & Safeguard Framework.
Understanding of the different Primary Health funding streams.
Experience as a team leader / manager in a Primary Healthcare setting.
Proven communication, interpersonal and influencing skills.
Experience in change management.
Current Driver’s Licence, Police Check, Working With Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
