Applications are invited for the position of Associate Nurse Unit Manager. Applicants with experience in Medical/Urgent Care/Aged Care will be highly regarded. The successful applicant must be prepared to relieve the Nurse Unit Manager, undertake delegated portfolio work, work all shifts of duty and will have completed or be prepared to undertake Advanced Life Support competencies. This position is limited tenure covering long service leave.
Applicants should possess the following qualifications/experience:
Current AHPRA Registered Nurse registration (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency).
Organisational and problem solving skills.
Time management and decision making skills.
Evidence of ongoing self-development.
Understanding of ANCI competencies and Codes of Ethics/Professional conduct.
