Are you a highly motivated Registered Nurse ready to undertake this key leadership role? The After Hours Coordinator is a key management/leadership position managing the day-to-day operations and bed management at Leongatha Hospital and providing leadership in achieving, upholding and fulfilling the organisations vision, mission and values.


The successful applicant will possess the following:

  • Current AHPRA Registered Nurse +/- Registered Midwife with current Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA) registration.

  • Substantial post registration experience and nursing management experience.

  • Demonstrated effectiveness as a manager with proven ability to develop, plan and meet strategic operational objectives.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Organisational and problem solving skills.

  • Time management and decision making skills.

  • Evidence of ongoing self-development.

  • Understanding of ANMC Competencies and Codes of Ethics/Professional Conduct.
