Applications are invited from interested persons looking for work in the organisation’s administration department. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing confidential clerical support and general reception duties based at either campus (Leongatha Hospital and Korumburra Hospital) on a casual basis. Applicants must be available to work any given day, Monday to Friday.
The successful applicant will possess the following:
Demonstrated ability to exercise good judgment and handle discretely matters of a sensitive nature;
High level of interpersonal, communication and switchboard skills;
Demonstrated organisational skills including the ability to work without direct supervision, exercise initiative and discretion, and perform duties in a highly professional manner; and
Capacity and willingness to be flexible and to adapt to changing environments.
