Front Office Supervisor
Full Time Limited Tenure for six months
Applications are invited from interested persons for the above position. Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, your responsibilities will include, yet not be limited to:
Supervise the effective day-to-day running of the front office functions in both Leongatha and Korumburra, including accounts payable & receivable; reception; patient booking & billing;
Manage the administration team, including rostering, leave management, performance development, mandatory education in alignment with the GSHS Excellence Program;
Active commitment to excellence, including setting and achieving annual goals, 90-day action plans and rolling out communication and other strategies to ensure the administration team is fully engaged in achieving GSHS’ Vision of Excellence in Healthcare;
Provide assistance to VMO’s, specialists and radiology with regard to appointment scheduling, consulting room bookings and other required services;
Ensure accurate documentation, reporting and maintenance of systems, policies and procedures;
Achieve excellence in customer service.
To be successful in this role, you will need a tertiary qualification or have equivalent experience in a similar role, along with superior leadership and management skills and the ability to work independently, achieving outcomes aligned to GSHS’ Vision of Excellence in Healthcare.
