Front Office Supervisor

Applications are invited from interested persons for the above position. Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, your responsibilities will include, yet not be limited to:

  • Supervise the effective day-to-day running of the front office functions in both Leongatha and Korumburra, including accounts payable & receivable; reception; patient booking & billing;

  • Manage the administration team, including rostering, leave management, performance development, mandatory education in alignment with the GSHS Excellence Program;

  • Active commitment to excellence, including setting and achieving annual goals, 90-day action plans and rolling out communication and other strategies to ensure the administration team is fully engaged in achieving GSHS’ Vision of Excellence in Healthcare;

  • Provide assistance to VMO’s, specialists and radiology with regard to appointment scheduling, consulting room bookings and other required services;

  • Ensure accurate documentation, reporting and maintenance of systems, policies and procedures;

  • Achieve excellence in customer service.

To be successful in this role, you will need a tertiary qualification or have equivalent experience in a similar role, along with superior leadership and management skills and the ability to work independently, achieving outcomes aligned to GSHS’ Vision of Excellence in Healthcare.
