Community Care Workers
Multiple Positions – Permanent Part Time – minimum 3 hours per fortnight

The successful applicants will provide a valued and key role in delivering high quality, professional and integrated support services for people living in the community.
Applicants will be expected to work flexible shifts. This will include split shifts, evenings and weekends. Applicants should have sound communication and organisational skills, a current driver’s license along with a fully insured, roadworthy vehicle.
Reporting to the Community Services Manager, the successful applicants will be responsible for:
Ongoing support services in the community for people who require assistance with self-care and domestic duties.
Assisting people to access the community.
Actively support clients to work towards their goals.
